MEET TONY,

Founder & TRAINER AT 5 Alarm Training

With a lifelong dedication to firefighting and fitness, Tony brings a wealth of experience to his role. He has served as a career fire lieutenant for sixteen years on a city department in Massachusetts and spent six years as a Department of Defense Firefighter in the military. Tony has undergone numerous academies, PT tests, and real-life firefighting experiences, shaping his belief that firefighters can be fitter and more effective in their roles.

 

In 2019, Tony merged his passions for firefighting and fitness by welcoming his first paid client. As a firefighter himself, he has always been focused on working with fellow firefighters and responders. Tony understands the unique challenges of the job and shares a common language with his clients, providing a solid foundation for their fitness journey together.

 

Since then, 5 Alarm has expanded its offerings to include one-on-one training for firefighters online or in person, as well as specialized training for fire department programs and group sessions. Tony is dedicated to share his knowledge and expertise to help responders like YOU become the fittest they can be!

MEET JUSTIN,

Founder & TRAINER AT 5 Alarm Training

Justin began his fitness journey in 2014 with CrossFit, earning his CrossFit Level 1 certification and starting his coaching career at CrossFit Gridlock in 2015. By 2016, he became the head coach at CrossFit Catch, helping it grow into one of the largest affiliates in Western MA. Justin furthered his expertise by obtaining certifications in CrossFit Level 2, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, Precision Nutrition, Adaptive Athletics, and Masters Athletics.
 

Since 2014, Justin has trained hundreds of clients in both group and one-on-one settings. He has founded a personal training studio and a PT and wellness center.

 

Most importantly, Justin has served as a firefighter paramedic since 2022, aiming to combine his decade-long fitness experience with his first responder knowledge to improve the training and fitness of local departments and individuals.
